It is sold in Japan as a capsule toy.

 

Japanese product name: 手のひらネットワーク機器
Meaningful translation into English: Network devices in the palm of your hand

 

The following article is a press release from the Japanese company (APC Communications) that supervised the project.

This was made possible through the cooperation of various network vendors.

 

It was very popular and sold out quickly in Japan. I ran out to buy one too.
