[Service Outage] Ongoing Phone Issues

We are experiencing an issue with our phone services which may be impacting wait times with our phone services. If you are having issues calling into Support please follow these steps: 
For new cases, please open a case and choose the "Call In" option including "Outage Oct/20" in the subject.
For existing cases, please provide a case comment with the phrase "Outage". 

We are actively working to restore full service and we appreciate your patience at this time. We will continue to provide updates regarding this issue until it is resolved.

[Update] Thank you for your patience. After further testing we are now considering this issue resolved and our phone services are fully restored.
