bad Connection MX ( no iseres effected by sped )

Hello Dears, Today upon checking the dashboard I noticed one of the MX indicators next to it is yellow in color. with a note that says bad internet connection! I checked the users working in that branch and they don't have any slowness not latency issues! so what might the case and how to resolve it in green again?

also, I read that a reboot might solve the issue! is that correct?

It could be a number of issues, usually it's connectivity issues from the Meraki device to Dashboard, for more info see: https://documentation.meraki.com/General_Administration/Cross-Platform_Content/Alerts_and_Notificati...

If the MX is not running a current stable firmware (or better) I would take the opportunity to upgrade it (which will do the reboot you mention as well).
