Tunnel is showing up but traffic not moving through second ISP only.

through 1st ISP tunnel is connected properly.

WAN2 make sure is not 0

Sd-wan & traffic shaping > uplink selection

load balance enable

Have you got AutoVPN configured to load balance and use both ISPs?

If you take down the primary circuit, is the second circuit used?  Perhaps you only have it configured or failover.
