Glad to join the Meraki Community

Hi everyone,

 

My name is Helios, I’m a Cybersecurity and Networking Engineer with more than 10 years of experience working with Cisco and Meraki full stack (MX, MS, MR). I didn’t know this great community existed, and I’m excited to be here now. I look forward to contributing, learning from your experiences, and discussing topics like best practices, troubleshooting, and automation with APIs.

Thank you Caroline! I think more promotion of the community on the official Meraki LinkedIn account could help people find it sooner. Many people already follow Meraki there, so it would be an effective way to reach a wider audience.

@CarolineS I think if the community was mentioned on the order confirmation emails that might work. Also if account managers mention it to new customers as well.

Pretty sure it’s in the order confirmation emails? At least it was at one time 🙂

 

We definitely need to do more outreach to the Meraki account managers.
