GR10 won't go online

GR10 won't go online

In the app it says no IP address and stays offline.  Light is solid green.

It  appears that you are using a Meraki Go GR10 access point. I would suggest taking a look at the Meraki Go Troubleshooting KB Meraki Go - GR Troubleshooting - Cisco Meraki and if this doesn't resolve your issue then please refer to the KB on how to reach out to the Meraki Go Support team. https://documentation.meraki.com/Go/Meraki_Go_-_Support
