shared iPad - Apple Classroom App and macOS

Hello,

in our school, pupils are working with managed apple accounts on shared iPads. Teachers (also managed Apple Accounts) are using Apple Classroom App on managed iPads. So far - so good: this works really fine. 

The trouble began when we got Apple Air M1 (Ventura 13.2.1). Those MacBooks were also rolled out using ADE. Now teachers want to use Apple Classroom App on their macBooks. I pushed a user-based education profile to those macbooks. But pupils always appear "offline" in Classroom App....

Has anybody any idea? What´s the reason for my misery?

The Education configuration for dedicated (macOS, for example) devices is a device profile, not a user. Try that and let me know how you get on:

I used a device based profil for teacher education seeting. However I get an error message in the activity log on meraki dashboard: Error: Das Installieren von EDU-Profilen über den Gerätekanal wird nicht unterstützt.
