shared iPad - Apple Classroom App and macOS

Hello,   in our school, pupils are working with managed apple accounts on shared iPads. Teachers (also managed Apple Accounts) are using Apple Classroom App on managed iPads. So far - so good: this works really fine.    The trouble began when we got Apple Air M1 (Ventura 13.2.1). Those MacBooks were also rolled out using ADE. Now teachers want to use Apple Classroom App on their macBooks. I pushed a user-based education profile to those macbooks. But pupils always appear "offline" in Classroom App....   Has anybody any idea? What´s the reason for my misery?    Thank you Peter ... View more

I got a feedback from Apple Support. The bad news is: at this time it´s impossible to do a central deployment for profile / user pics. This means, each student has to do a photo upload on its own. The guy from Apple Support told me that I am the first person asking for a central photo deployment in ASM since he can remember. Hi,   I have the same problem. Upload of photos is no problem: the photos can even be seen in the owner list, but it does not appear in Apple Classroom / shared ipads. Could anyone solve this problem? Made it anybody work at all? Or is it a big bug?   Thx Peter ... View more
