Hello, in our school, pupils are working with managed apple accounts on shared iPads. Teachers (also managed Apple Accounts) are using Apple Classroom App on managed iPads. So far - so good: this works really fine. The trouble began when we got Apple Air M1 (Ventura 13.2.1). Those MacBooks were also rolled out using ADE. Now teachers want to use Apple Classroom App on their macBooks. I pushed a user-based education profile to those macbooks. But pupils always appear "offline" in Classroom App.... Has anybody any idea? What´s the reason for my misery? Thank you Peter
