iOS Apps won't install and all VPP accounts are suddenly revoked ?

Hello we noticed today we cannot install Apps to our iPads, they show the following message in the console and will not install on the ipads

Install app 'Google Photos' - Error: Could not retrieve license for the app with iTunes Store ID 962194608.

Grant VPP device license - success: false, App: Google Photos (962194608), Error: No available licenses were found (checked 2 VPP account(s)}

Install application response received - name: Google Photos, error: Could not retrieve license for the app with iTunes Store ID 962194608., status: Error

Also when looked at our VPP accounts they all have this message, Error accessing VPP account: The sToken has been revoked, none of our vpp accounts where do to expire and we have over 60.

Anyone else having this issue?

Kind of a big deal

@Mark24 Did your VPP account token expire?, you can check this by browsing to the following

Organization > MDM

Under VPP accounts your accounts should be listed, and it should show the token expiry date. I would also check your push certificate expiry because if that expires before you renew it your in for a world of pain.

No, they were all just renewed over the summer.

Here to help

Ran into this issue yesterday.  Since our VPP account has been migrated to Apple Business, we had to download a new VPP server token from the Apple Business portal at business.apple.com to resolve the issue.

Log in with your Apple ID, then navigate to Settings->Apps and Books  and look for the Download button in the "My Server Tokens"  section in the lower right-hand corner of the page.  Once the token is downloaded, follow the normal VPP token upload process in the Meraki Dashboard and everything should return to normal.
