Wi-Fi Settings not applying to phone

I've set up a profile to add an SSID configuration to android phone. The phone receives the settings but going into wifi the SSID is not set up, is there any tips on setting up an SSID?

I doubt I can directly help but you may need to mention the phone type and current OS version. With all the various Android phone models and GUIs and platform customizations out there I don't think these things are exactly the same on every option.

Testing on a Galaxy A14 running version 14. It was working few months ago so might be a software change that broke it.

Have you typed the SSID in the profile exactly as it's broadcast via the access point. I believe this is case sensitive but I could be wrong. 

What method of authentication is that SSID using?
