UserList error

Hello,

I am managing several iphone on meraki and someone ask me a question I couldn't answer.

On all the devices there is a error about a user list, i searched on the internet but can't find the exact problem.

I think there is a command send on the device and he is trying to search for a user list..?

why does this error occurred Any suggestion ?

I am seeing this on iPads as well, I suspect it may be a new call by Meraki and possibly not working right yet. 

I wonder if it may be for shared use iPads to show who all is logging into a device.
