Shortcuts "Add to Home screen" feature not working am I missing a policy or restriction?

Hello Everyone!

I have run into a new problem. I'm not sure if there is a policy restriction I am missing or something? But I have created a shortcut on the iPad to open a video demo for our clients. Under the shortcut I created if I tap the information button and select add to home, then select the thumbnail and tap Add it takes me back to the iPad home screen but doesn't add the shortcut icon. I did test this on my personal cell phone that is not managed by meraki and it works fine. This leads me to believe I am missing some policy or restriction? Just wanted to see what the pros had to say! Any help is always greatly appreciated! Thank you!

Do the devices have a home screen profile pushed to them? If so this could be the reason.

If not I'd open a support ticket.

From what I can tell there is not a home screen layout. I appreciate the suggestions and will try to open a support ticket. thank you!

shortcuts are not currently supported by Apple MDM, so you're not going to be able to managed these with SM
