SM Android MDM - Can't connect to cellular

I am running into issues with Enrolled Android devices. When I first enroll them, everything seems to be working fine. Once the tablet reboots, I lose cellular service and it just becomes a wifi tablet. The issue is resolved when I factory reset and don't enroll it. I verified I don't have any network restrictions in place, unless I am missing something.

Any suggestions?

Hey @Desktop_Josh,

This rings a bell when it comes to Samsung cellular tablets, we'll need to collect some logs from the device (ADB) to see what's triggering this particular behavior, so I would recommend opening a support case.

Cheers,

Connor
