Restrict iOS photo app but allow taking photos via iMessage App

We restrict users access to the iPhone photo App va MDM. However have a need to let users take and send photo out via the iMessage App.

How can we achive this?

You could try restricting access to photos and see what happens. 

If they just need to take a picture but not keep it then it will just use the camera app.
