Remote Desktop with Agent 4.1.4

Hi

Since upgrading the agents from 3.7.1 to 4.1.4 i have unable to connect via the remote desktop feature.

I click on a device to connect to and it says 

Stopping old server...Stopped.

Starting new server....

Error connecting: timeout connecting to agent proxy 

 

Is anyone else experiencing the same and knows a fix?

Kind of a big deal

I would consider rolling back as this bug had already been fixed previously and may have returned in the new version.
 
I also recommend opening a support case.

Yes.  See this on 3.7.0, 3.7.2 and 4.1.4.
