Recently android and apple devices finding it hard to authenticate

The last 2 weeks or so staff here have reported that both android and apple devices (iPad, iPhone) have having much trouble getting onto the Wi-Fi. They are 'try to authenticate for a long time, finally  giving authentication problem.

My android (Samsung A31) also reports that 'Ready to connect when network quality improves or 'Authentication problem'.

Apples show similar results.

Is there some way to 'tune' the WAPs to better support.mobile devices?

We have not had an increase in the number of users.

If problem with authentication, it is recommended that you check the log on the RADIUS server.

If you could not find any informations in RADIUS, you may have a problem with WAP.

With some customer networks, this problem occurred when too many mobile device is connected to one WAP.

Even if the user has not suddenly increased, mobile device remains connected to the WiFi, this causes depletion of WAP Wireless resource.

We avoid this problem by power off the device or turns off WiFi that is not in use.

Are you using RADIUS for authentication?  Check out their log files.
