Meraki System Manager add User error "THE ACCOUNT NO LONGER EXIST"

Hi ,

I'm trying to connect my Windows pc  to SM but I'm getting an error message.

THE ACCOUNT NO LONGER EXIST
I need to create a special user or the organization is enough.

If the account does exist on the same organization that you are trying to access, then I think this is likely a bug and should be reported via a case to the Cisco Meraki team.

What authentication method is your Systems Manager configured to use?  Meraki Accounts, Active Directory, Entra ID, ?

Wherever it is pointing - thate place does not believe that the account exists.
