MDM training

We have been using MDM for 18 months.  We have figured out a lot but still have questions. Where or Who is the best place for MDM training? Or maybe some consulting time where we could ask questions specific to our environment.

Learning Hub provides a great starting point.

Introducing Meraki Systems Manager (40 min) is one of the many modules you can learn more about MDM.  There may be additional modules for MDM here as well.  You can take them when time permits.

Systems Manager is a funny MDM. Its strengths are iPhones and iPads.

Since there aren't as many best practices established for this, I recommend sandboxing new features as you learn them in the official Meraki training course. (The Udemy ones are excellent too.)

But it also depends on how many employees your company has. In my case, we only have 100-150 iOS devices, to device tags worked well. (I wrote a guide on my SM tagging system here.)

Everything I have learnt with Systems manager has been self taught, that approach isn't for everyone but it worked for me. If you haven't already I would suggest getting a test device and using that to learn the platform.

Also ask lots of questions!
