How do I script to removal of Systems Manager Windows 10 management profile

We are looking to disconnect the Meraki Systems Manager MDM Profile from all Windows computers.  This profile can be located under each computer's Windows Settings > Accounts > Work Access.

We have been able to script the removal of the Agent, although is there a way to script the removal of the Meraki Profile, without needing to manually login as an admin on each PC?

To the best of my knowledge, Windows does now have any API or function to allow this.
