DEP is down ?

Hello everyone,

 

since several weeks, DEP doesn't work. We have setup all correctly, the status of Macbook change pending/assign/pushed but when we turn on the mac, at the login and password screen, we enter the login and password owner meraki and it doesn't work. Nothing happen. Any idea ?

 

We have open 5 tickets to Meraki Support but we don't receive a good feeback. I try to call yesterday during 35 minutes, nobody answer.

Getting noticed

Sometimes I had an experience that was not connected to DEP.
It will be fixed after some time, but for quick resolution, renewing DEP token with ABM/ASM will solve the problem immediately.

If token is renewed normally, there will be no effect on existing enrollment devices.

 

What is the status of your Apple push notification certifiate?
