AppleTV Showing as iOS instead of tvOS

As can be seen in the screenshot below, the AppleTV is showing the OS as iOS instead of tvOS and so when try to push apps to it tries to install iOS apps and won't install the tvOS apps...

@DrewJ  You will need to open a support ticket, it would be a good idea to let them know what model it is as well.
