Sync failed: Unable to complete your current operation. Please try again later. This is the message that I get everytime I try to sync my new ipad.
Have you tried to re-enroll the device into your MDM?
I shouldn't have to re enroll them in MDM thats whats DEP is for.
@Acarter Can you post a screenshot of the sync error, is it happening on the MDM or iPad side of things.
@PhilipDAth has a point. Please check your DEP settings, certificates, etc.
@Acarter As others have stated this seems more like an issue with communication between Apple and Meraki. I would go to Organization > MDM and verify everything is setup correctly and nothing has expired there.
The DEP certificate hasn't expired has it?
