App store missing

Hello, I was hoping to get some support regarding systems manager. We have several iPads that have recently had their App Store removed we suspect from the MDM. It looks as though the profile that is applied to them does not block iTunes or the App Store. Is there a way we can push the App Store back out to iPads that are missing it? These devices are running iOS 14.3 & iOS 10.3.3. Thank you for the help!

@RJ_1  Under the devices settings in Meraki you can go this option enabled?

Hi Blake,

 

That option is grayed out.

 

The OS on one of the iPad's affected:

iPadOS 14.3
OS Build 18C66
