Is it possible to update the devices firmware via the mobile Android or IOS App ?
Not that I am aware of, there is a "Make a wish" item on the main menu, best to use that as I agree it would be useful.
The mobile app is limited to key features. I would like to see an iPadOS version that contains more features that might not be included in the mobile app due to screen size.
