Unable to create Meraki Go account

I have a new Meraki Go access point. I am trying to create a new user account at https://web.meraki-go.com/#login

 

when I click Register, an error window immediately pops up with a message that just says “P”

 

I can fill out the form, but clicking Accept on the terms and conditions at the end does nothing and I cannot get the to submit.

 

i have tried a phone and desktop as well a few different browsers. Does anyone get the same error?

New accounts are still able to be created even though Meraki Go is end of life. If you use a different email address while in an incognito window, does the same issue occur?

I thought Meraki Go had finished and only existing accounts would work, for a bit.

They should work until mid 2027, but the end of life announcement isn't specific about setting up new accounts, so it may just be a temporary issue.

I would sit tight for 24 hours.  It sounds like a wider issue.  You can monitor the Meraki status page.

I am not longer getting the random "P" error message as of this afternoon, and I was now able to create an account.
