Is there a way to block a certain website on all APs without going to each APs and adding a rule?

its configured for all APs in the network.
you can use a template if you want same settings for several networks

Assuming you are applying this via the firewall rules for the SSID your using, then it will apply to the SSID (any access points that is using that SSID).

You can also build a group policy and apply it as the default policy for the VLAN you are using.
