Has anybody else have this problem? Especially ms120 is very hot and sometimes i cant keep my hand on it.  Is it normal? Similar applies to MX67

That ambient environment is too warm.  The problem with it being 24 degrees is that is the coolest the device can drop down to.

Using some fan-forced air is a good idea.

How are the devices installed, are they stacked one on top of another? I always keep the tops of my devices clear so they can "breathe"  If you are concerned its not normal contact support and they can check the devices internal temperature.

If you can't comfortably put your hand on it - it's too hot.

Hi,

MS and MX are mounted on the wooden wall - some kind of wooden rack with front side always opened.. It doesn't matter how many devices are connected, it is hot all the time. Can I check the temperature somewhere in dashboard?

What is the ambient temperature like in the space?

Is there anything to take heat away?
