Compliance for Meraki products in Kuwait

Could any one share with me how to get the compliance information for the Meraki products in Kuwait.

I need to know what is the products approved here in kuwait and what is not approved ? and What is the reason?

Unfortuantly , it is not relevant to what i am searching for

I need all Meraki products that not approved in Kuwait ,

for example if you search for MR36H , you will find document , not related th what I need
