Hello,
I would like to understand how to populate some additional fields on the incident tickets coming from Meraki to ServiceNow through Webhook.
App config on a ServiceNow side only allows to assign it to the group. Ticket is coming with Category set to Alert. I need also to populate a Subcategory and Service fields.
Are these settings handled by a ServiceNow payload which you choose when configure HTTPS receivers under Webhooks on Meraki side?
