Sandbox Fails to Launch

I'm trying to use Cisco's DevNet for sandbox purposes and every time I try and launch an SMB/Enterprise sandbox it fails to deploy:

Trying to access the environment just brings me to the first image I posted. Assuming this is something Cisco needs to resolve?

Have you tried different browsers?

No, but that shouldn't have an impact on the sandbox deployment. Their other read-only sandbox works fine.
