"Help > New features" page is Server error (Since 2022-07-30)

Since Saturday (2022-07-30), several nodes have been displaying server errors on the "Help > New features" page.

 

Menu: Help > New features

URL (e.g.): https://nNNNN.meraki.com/o/XXXXXXXX/manage/support/change_log

Node: n212, n240, n398

 

Perhaps other nodes are also applicable.

 

Are Meraki engineers aware of this?

I posted this to the community first as I don't think it's best not to contact support unnecessarily.

I've had a support case open since 2nd August and am still awaiting a fix.

Not sure why this has been marked as Solved, the issue has not been addressed and is still broken.

17th August and its still broken!

Just how long does it take to fix what appears to be a simple problem?

I cant believe it takes someone this long to fix one problem - I wouldn't be in my job very long if it took me this long to fix an issue!

I don't think they can be working very hard cos its now 6th Sept and its still broken!

Just how difficult is it? 

When can we expect someone to actually fix it?
