User column?

User column?

Probably a stupid question, but other than a mention of this in the help documentation, i'm trying to figure out what this column is for.  On all my devices on my switches, the column is empty if I make it visible.  I would assume, by the name of the column, that this might (or could) display the user of the device?  If so, how do I get it to populate?  If that's not what it's for, what is it for and where do I populate it?>   Thanks.

Kind of a big deal

It populates if the client is a VPN connection.  Probably/possibly also for radius/AD authenticated users.
