I don’t have anything like this setup, but I suggest calling support. There is no customer side logging of this and only they can possibly help identify any issue.

While I don't understand why the scheduled weekly report didn't arrive, you can always go to the Summary Report page in the upper RH corner select Schedule old report as a work around.

How exaclty is this a workaround? Clicking on this button just takes you to the entire list of scheduled reports, and has absolutely no way to send them. I can adjust the frequency of the sending, but since that is what is broken, it does nothing.

That was my experience as well. I'm now seeing an option to convert my reports to the "New Summary Format" and now wondering, if I perform this operation, if this might resolve the issue.

I now see that as well. Interesting. Edit, that was a bust. I clicked the button that said " Click here to convert them to a new format" and there was absolutely nothing there. It just loaded the same summary report page I had previously been on. No instructions on conversion, no new buttons, no changes, nothing.

You're not alone, Alcair: I'm currently in a conversation with Merkai support, but still awaiting a solution for this issue.

I believe a Meraki employee posted something indicating there is/was an issue, however I am not sure if it has been resolved.  And it did test the ability to send an OLD report (daily interval) which worked for me.

You can look at the schedule to see if it saved your entry or not?  And if not, feel free to submit a support case.

I have submitted a case, I have even manually sent the prior month's reports to myself, and yet half an hour later they still have not been received. While your dashboard may represent a queued report, have you received any indication that it has been sent and received by anyone?

Yes, sent to my self and received.  Congrats on submitting the support ticket along with the others who have experienced the issue/problem.  Hopefully it gets resolved soon!

Have you checked your inbound spam filtering system (such as Office 365) to see if it reports receiving the email?

Nothing definitive yet. Here's the last response from my assigned support contact:
"Thanks for confirming! Please be assured that I have attached this case to the existing issue and will reach out as soon as there any update."

So Quick update, don't know the solution but all my email reports all came through in the early hours of the morning, so obviously Meraki fixed the issue, although i have not had any official confirmation yet that the case has been resolved

Same issue here, we also opened case at support. At this moment (2025. 05. 07. 16:37) the report for May 5th, 2025 arrived, so the fix is on the way.

Hi, is there any documentation or official announcement on this issue? I would like to know if this has been permanently fixed.

Hi All,

Hopeful to provide some clarity given the recent comments.

If you are still noting issues on your reports, I'd advise to reach out over your submitted cases to confirm if the issue is related to the changes our development team has published.
