PER-DEVICE LICENSING - License status

Dear all,

Could anyone please give me documents about License Status?

I'm having issue with 05 Warm spare MX, It keeps warning "05 unlicensed".

Is there any risk in my Network?

Please see this example:

 - 03 online MX: MX01, MX02, MX03

 - 01 Warm spare MX: MX03-HA

 - 02 Backup MX in inventory

I bought a 3YR License package of 04 MX to renew, then what is the License Status now?

 - 03 license will be assigned into 03 online MX → the status will be "03 expiring" right?

 - 01 unused or 01 unused active? Is it the Extra license?

 - 02 Backup MX still have no License and in "Unused" mode, am I right?

Confusing post.  Can you post a snippet of your license page to clarify what you have and what the warning is?

Any renewal license must contain a license for each device in your organisation.

You need a licence for every primary MX that is in a network.  You have three in this example, so you need three licences.

Maybe four, assuming MX03-HA is a different one as MX03, as it is listet on its own.

 - 03 online MX: MX01, MX02, MX03

 - 01 Warm spare MX: MX03-HA

 - 02 Backup MX in inventory
