New UI unusable with SM

I'm not sure if others have this issue but for me using the new UI to manage SM devices is simply unusable, searching for devices either using tags or by typing I just get 20 seconds of the below, once it's loaded if I add a character I get another 20 second wait. 

 

I'm now forced to use the new UI because feature like updating the OS aren't in the old UI. This delay is causing huge operational issues that the decision has been made to migrate to a new MDM.

 

I suspect the new UI is not able to cope with the huge amounts of data that is displayed with end user devices. Even reducing the amount of columns displayed made little difference.

Hi @BlakeRichardson . I am not able to reproduce this issue with the new version of the SM devices page in Chrome but am able to see it significantly slower in Safari when doing the same search. Are you using Safari? Please open a support case so we can look into what is happening and for us to keep you in the loop on the status of fixing the issue.

Yes I am using Safari, to be honest I would have thought that with SM being mainly aimed at Apple devices that Safari would feature heavily in the UI testing.

Thanks @BlakeRichardson for confirming that you are experiencing the issue on Safari. Along with investigating the issue the engineering team will look to see how this was not caught earlier. Once you open the support case please DM me the support case number and I'll monitor it.
