Meraki is not sending syslog messages to QRADAR

Hi, I'm trying to configure sending syslog messages from Meraki to the QRADAR system. The messages are not arriving, I'm not sure who is sending the messages, the local AP or the dashboard.
Are there any other settings that need to be made besides this?

The syslog messages are sent directly by the device.

If you do a packet capture on the edge do you see udp/514 traffic?
