Meraki Dashboard Integration with enterprise Solarwind

added Meraki dashboard as a new node in our Enterprise Solarwind ( via Meraki API )  but it discovered the Dashboard as url only via ICMP pooling method. Not able to view Networks under my organization . Not able to view AP,MS on my Solarwind.

Note: Not much help from below two resource.

https://documentation.meraki.com/zGeneral_Administration/Other_Topics/The_Cisco_Meraki_Dashboard_API

and

https://documentation.solarwinds.com/en/Success_Center/NPM/Content/NPM-monitor-Meraki-devices.htm

Can anyone advise further .

Kind of a big deal

Let me start by saying that I don't have experience with Solarwinds myself...

Were you able to follow the instructions provided by Solarwinds under the section "Add Meraki organization to NPM" or did you experience issues with any of the steps?

yes I followed the steps mentioned to the below reference/guide doc

https://documentation.solarwinds.com/en/Success_Center/NPM/Content/NPM-monitor-Meraki-devices.htm

But able to monitor only "dashboard.meraki.com" with its public IP via ICMP and unable to fetch "MR/MS Status" info from Dashboard to my Solarwind.

Like our traditional WLC integration with solarwind we use to see the status of the WLC along with the status of APs which are registered to that particular WLC.

The Solarwinds needs to query the base URI https://api.meraki.com/api/v0 using the API key. To find the device status of the devices in the organisation run the following API https://documenter.getpostman.com/view/7928889/SVmsVg6K?version=latest#abfe5e96-34e9-4ae9-ae42-ffada...

Did you see the organization listed with the name after filling in the API key in Solarwinds which was obtained from the Meraki dashboard? If not, you might want to test the API key and make sure it's correct/working using 'Postman' or other third party software and then open a case with Solarwinds to investigate why it doesn't show device statuses from the organisations.

I just installed the trial of Solarwinds to give it a test. I followed the instructions and it worked fine. My AP's are showing up:

Are you sure your API key is correct?

We're monitoring our Meraki APs using the API and it is running as expected.
