Lost MSP Dashboard Access After Deleting Old Organisation

Hi - I deleted an old organisation from our dasboard, and was immediately logged out.

 

I can now log back in, but I do not have access to the client organisation that we used to have, and am instead just logged into an empty organisation, our MSP portal account.

 

I don't seem to be able to log a ticket either; presumably because there are no licensed products on this account.

 

Please help!

Okay scratch that, after waiting 15 mins or so, the 'Organization' menu came back and then another few minutes later, I can now access the partner organisations again.

 

Very strange, but at least all seems to be back to normal now.

I had the same a while back, it was a very long 15 minutes of panic. Haven’t deleted an old org since.

My suggestion would be to make sure that the client you are managing has full admin access to their own Org that way if you are locked out they can restore your access.
