How Does SSO with Entra effect access to Client pages?

We currently have 1 master account for all of our techs that have access and permissions to multiple different clients. We were interested in turning on SSO with Entra to allow everyone access with their own accounts but I am worried they wont have access to all of those other clients outside of our own dashboard. All Clients are separate they are not child parents of our own, maybe things should have been setup that way from the start?  Has anyone had any experience like this?

Can I just say that using a single admin account shared with many users isn't good practise. How do you manage MFA for this account?
