Just need my Network Back.

Hi Guys,

 

We lost out network as was not aware of the Co-term license expire. No warning on the dashboard which was disappointing. We found some of the email in the spam filter

 Wish Meraki would help us understand what we need to do. For a small business it puts you off continuing if you have this disruption. 

 

Any way we thought if we buy the licenses lift would be back to normal and after waiting the frustrating 48 hours to get the codes, come on they are just code which should be available on a partner portal of some kind, quicker getting an xbox code. 

 

Anyway.... Does anyone know when we should see our network back ?

As you can see we are now good to expire Feb 2027. So why oh why do we not have our MX back into life with APs ?

Sounds like you need to be ringing Meraki support and having them assist in getting your network back online.

Drop me a DM @John-Yberllan, Support should be able to assist with a grace period reset also if you have purchased and are awaiting licensing.

I suggest you contact Meraki via phone or via support case.

I am not a Cisco Meraki employee. My suggestions are based on documentation of Meraki best practices and day-to-day experience.

Just to add if your org is still saying License Required after applying a renewal key, then someone missed something in placing the renewal key order or you have multiple keys to apply and haven't applied them all.

You can see what licenses you need right below what you pasted. Support can certainly help resetting the grace period to get you online, but you need to get the right keys ordered/applied.

Hi, Many thanks for the replies. I have got a grace period on the dashboard, so network work back normal. I added one license as renewal when it should have been add device. This cancels out the previous one. It is not easy to understand the dashboard for license as well as understanding the adding of new ones. This element of license is key to the platfrom, which just needs to be made easier.
