Hardware damage due to water damage - RMA possible?

We've had quite a few sites flooded out due to the rain event in Australia and was wondering if items can be RMA'd

I can't find any info id RRMA covers these typres of failure? Anyone know?

Can't really order any hardware as the order times are months at the moment.

Cheers

Barry

Technically you can’t for water damage, but give it a try. I’d also be getting in contact with you reseller/Meraki AM to see if they can help out in any way to get you back on the air.

I don't believe water damage is covered under RMA/Warrenty so you're potentially looking at an insurance job here.

As @Bruce states, reach out to your Meraki AM or Partner and see if they can help with load equipment.

I'm not an employee of Cisco/Meraki. My posts are based on Meraki best practice and what has worked for me in the field.

Liquid damage would be classed as accidental damage so no covered.

As suggested you could reach out to your Meraki account manager, maybe they can pull some strings and get someone on board to help out.

Hope you guys are keeping safe across the ditch!
