Failed to save changes

Hello, community.

Trying to change some basic settings like changing network name or link to umbrella account.

no matter what I do it gives me an error: Failed to save changes

Does anybody know what I am talking about?

I really appreciate any help you can provide.

Do you have a screenshot of the error?

Can you also check your browser console to see which error you are getting, and share a screenshot of that too?

I changed network name from ACE HQ to Ace HQ

and it gave me this error

nothing interesting.

it adds this element:

I expected it to be saying more than that, can you take a screenshot of the console log?

Im getting something similiar to that on both the app and the webpage. I cannot save settings or even view them for a user and when I clieck on a spcific network I get another error.

Please submit a case to support and attach the logs and screenshots of the error, they will need to verify what is causing that error.
