Starting from 1th october we did not receive any Summary Report.
I tried to send an email from the report window but it doesn't work.
I have already opened a ticket support, bute they have not yet provided a solution.

Have got a open ticket as well, no answer since monday. Updated from "low" to "medium" now
After 15 minutes waiting on the phone, it got too silly and hung up, for now.
I tried to call telephone support, but I am on hold and no one answers.
1,5 weeks I got a reply from support:
Extremely poor processing and feedback... Asked for a status 5 times in 1,5 weeks 😄
