Decrease amount of personal information collected from unauthenticated users

Is it possible to, with existing access points to decrease/limit the collection of personal information from unauthenticated guest users?

That is, users who have agreed to our splash page disclaimer and then went onto to use the web, check email, etc.

For example, I can see the list of device names that access a particular website, for example facebook.com. I would prefer to not be able to essentially identify where users are going when on the network, i.e.. "Randy's Android" went to Facebook, Google and other URLs.

I ask about existing access points because I noticed there's a checkbox under Organization Settings > Privacy > Privacy by default. This would seem to me to not affect existing networks and access points. I am also not sure what settings this changes; it's vague.

Any ideas on what I can do to decrease what's collected?

You can set visability for each network.

Network-wide  > general > traffic analysis.

This setting is for all users not only for guest users
