Co-termination and Per-device licence Model

Hello Community,

I have a question about the two license models.

Since November 2019 there has been an additional Model license, the Model Per-Device license.

Is there anything known that maybe the default model co-termination should be replaced by the per-device model?

Or will Meraki continue to offer two license models?

@Nikolai_Borhart   no the two licenses  are actively applicable as far as am concerned and it will depend on how 

you want to license your network or devices both options are available in the dashboard. no plan to replace co-termination

Hi Nikolai, 

I have this slides which helped me a lot about Co-Termination and PDL.

For me the advantages on PDL are good for Service Providers, because it allows them to move licenses from and to different organizations with also the support of individual device shutdown.

Also good to know is, that it is only a one way conversion.

Did not hear about phase out one of the licensing models and I think it is a good thing to have both options.
