Client IP conflict detected - Resolved, but still get alerts.

I have email alerts for notification that say I have an IP clash on one the networks.

The IP x.x.0.12 is claimed by clients with the following MAC addresses: E0:55:3D:E1:xx:80 00:xx:13:01:64:90

I have looked up both address in the clients and found the offending device, "00:xx:13:01:64:90" removed, and in the client dashboard toll to forget the device. Serveral days later Im still getting the emails but the MAC address isnt no longer listed in the client dashboard, nor on the network at all.

How do I stop the alerts emails for this incident?

Thanks in advance, StatoLNL

@StatoLNL just because the device is removed from the dashboard doesn't fix the issue... it more than likely still has a confliction IP address but now you cant see it in dashboard.  You need to manually change the IP address on the device.. if the address is in the DHCP pool you need to renew its address.. if they are set staticly you need to change the address on the devices.

Kind of a big deal

Re: Client IP conflict detected - Resolved, but still get alerts.

Is any of the devices still connected to the network?

E0:55:3D:E1:xx:80 00:xx:13:01:64:90

Is any other device using x.x.0.12 now?

What exactly is in the email now?
