Admin user access to Meraki Dashboard - Multiple IDP and SAML

Is it possible to setup access to Single Meraki Dashboard if we have multiple IDPs and multiple SAMLs.

 

At present we have One dashboard with few customers in it but then there are different dashboards that configured individually to specific customers, which we still manage.

 

Is their a way were we can access in One Dashboard if they have different IDPs and Different SAML setup.

Hello,

If you are an MSP managing multiple organizations, the Meraki MSP portal will allow you to switch between multiple customer organization while each organization can have its own SAML setup. SP-Initiated SAML is fully cross-compatible with IdP-Initiated SAML and they both can be used at once for one organization.

No, Meraki Dashboard does not natively support multiple Identity Providers (IdPs) or multiple SAML configurations within a single organization. Each Meraki organization can be configured with only one SAML IdP at a time.

On the same screen where you added the first one is the add button for an additional one

We have two Idps set up in our Meraki org (Entra ID and Cisco Duo), and on some of our customers, we have both of our two Idps and the customer has their one (usually EntraID) for a total of three Idps in use.

 

When we log in we get the "MSP Portal" (I think it is also called some other names, but it is all the same thing) and then we select which org we want to access.
