Survey Prompts are Constant

Anyone else seeing the survey prompt constantly? I've seen it five times this morning (since 8 AM Eastern). I even took the survey once and it still pops up.

I've seen them for several weeks (3-4 weeks).

Ugh, that's not supposed to be the case! We will investigate. (but, um, thanks for taking the survey? 😄)

If it helps, here's my current system config:

  • Windows 11 PC
  • Chrome browser
    • uBlock extension
    • SentinelOne Chrome Extension
    • User agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/130.0.0.0 Safari/537.36
  • VPN connection with content filtering

I can't be more specific than that because I'm on a work PC, but figured that might help nudge in the right direction.

I cleared my cache, closed out my browser, and logged in fresh to the forum and have not seen the prompt since (around 10:30 AM Eastern), but will let you know if it pops up again.

Could be the uBlock extension.

I thought about that but disabling it didn't change the behavior. That said, @CarolineS - I have not seen any survey prompts since Monday. Not sure if you made a change, but I can access the forums in peace now. 😁

That's great news! I wish I could say that I worked some magic and fixed it.... but I didn't do anything. Magic! 🪄
