Hi Meraki Community!

Hey all,

I just started working at Meraki as a User Experience Researcher on Meraki's Product Enablement team. I've perused the community and ya'll are an awesome and lively bunch.

My main job is to listen to you, the Meraki users, about your experience using the eLearning modules, workshops, community, and other content that helps you learn how to use Meraki products and software to accomplish your goals. So, I might come knocking on your door (metaphorically...or maybe literally?) to hear your stories and experiences, if you're willing to share.

Fun fact about me: I minored in Film Studies for my undergraduate degree and taught filmmaking at a high school for 7 years in my previous career.

I'm not an employee of Cisco/Meraki. My posts are based on Meraki best practice and what has worked for me in the field.

Do you still own any cameras?

I've been considering getting a used Sony ZV-E10 for my main YouTube channel.  Shameless plug:

The last camera I bought for myself was a Canon T2i, so it's been awhile. I haven't stayed up to date on newer models, so I wouldn't be able to provide much help in terms of suggestions.

Awesome work on the YouTube channel.
