Valentine's Day is just around the corner, and love is in the air! ♥️♥️♥️ I know we certainly feel your love for Meraki and passion for networking all throughout the year here in the Meraki Community. 😍
To celebrate this season of affection, we're excited to announce a special challenge that will warm your heart and ignite your creativity: the “Heart of Meraki” Challenge!
This February, we invite you to channel your inner artist to make a heart using either the Dashboard or networking equipment you have on hand. Whether you're a seasoned network engineer or an enthusiastic newcomer, this is your chance to showcase your creativity and skills in a fun and festive way.
How to enter
There are a few different ways you can participate (and if you can think of others beyond what we’ve listed here, feel free to come up with your own!):
- Option 1: On the network floor plan in the Meraki Dashboard, place devices in the shape of a heart. Here is an example @ShawnHu created.
- Option 2: If you have enough networks with devices, you can change the street address of network devices and display the network distribution as a heart shape on the Organization > Overview page. See the documentation for placing devices on the map in Dashboard for more info.
- Option 3: Create the shape of a heart using any networking equipment you have around, such as cables, SFP modules, and more. Feel free to get creative—add a little flair, and make it uniquely yours!
Once your heart is complete, take a screenshot or picture of your masterpiece. Then comment on this post before February 28th at 11:59pm ET and include the image to show off your work!
How to win
On Monday, March 3rd, we will draw three at random from the entrants to win a Cisco Meraki Community backpack.
